Also started playing Borderlands 2 with some friends (curse you timezones!) and doodled out some of our shenanigans

i'm not dead

Life's been happening pretty intensely but I finally got some down time to dust off this blog. Found a couple sketchbook pages that I like from the past couple days.

 I wanted to knuckle down and really understand what's going on in Japanese buildings. It's something I tend to fudge my way through. NO LONGER!

I finaly got my accounts all working again! For Chinese Art and Culture, the four seasons in a place we called home, wanted mine light and indistinct using an old pear tree in my backyard.

I've always wanted to play with ink and inking and finally got around to trying it more seriously this summer. The faces were from photo references, some are WIP. Fun stuff! I am slowly getting over my intimidation of messing up an ink piece. :D
